This project expanded office space and ancillary rooms such as copy room, cafeteria and toilet rooms.Electrical and HVAC systems were upgraded. Reuse of existing reconstructed materials for the expansion was incorporated into the project which reduced total project cost and materials sent to the landfill. Approximately 3,000 square feet of a 440,000 square foot building was remodeled.
